Mr. Halperin has represented clients in complex insolvency disputes involving a wide variety of industries since 1995. He has represented bankruptcy trustees of individual and corporate debtors in the high-technology and professional services industries, as well as creditors of companies in the commercial real estate, engineering, construction, office services, and energy services industries.

Successfully defended major financial institution against race and gender discrimination claims brought by a former vice president. Client prevailed on summary judgment and the Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court’s award of attorney’s fees to my client.
Obtained restraining orders in San Francisco and Santa Clara counties protecting the employees of clients in cases involving harassment and threats of violence.
