About Ernst Halperin.

From 1995 to 2008 I was an associate and then partner with the law firm of Folger Levin & Kahn LLP where I represented parties in construction, insolvency, intellectual property, complex commercial, class action, and landlord-tenant disputes. My clients came from a wide variety of industries, including the professional services, high technology, engineering, energy, construction, and real estate development industries.

Before attending law school I worked with a Japanese construction contractor on large-scale infrastructure projects in Arizona and Texas. I supervised tunnel construction, estimated work for competitive bidding, developed project schedules, and prepared change orders and claims. At the end of 2007 I left corporate law firm litigation and now practice as a mediator.
